INCA Engineers, Inc., A Tetra Tech Company (INCA), provides consulting services to the public sector -- cities, counties, state and federal agencies -- throughout the United States and for clients throughout the world.
INCA was founded in 1983 by three talented individuals, one from INdia and two from CAnada, who partnered to provide engineering for large structural elements within the Puget Sound region, and quickly grew in size and reputation. Now, with a staff of nearly 150 engineers, specialized technicians, surveyors, and administrative personnel, INCA has offices in Bellevue, Washington (corporate headquarters) and Metairie, Louisiana.
