INCA provided aerial target placement and GPS derived horizontal and vertical control in support of a county-wide orthophotography project. The majority of the urban area of the county was mapped at 2-foot contour intervals with the remainder mapped at 5-foot contour intervals. Over 200 photo control points were established throughout the county to adequately control the project and support the airborne GPS photo control.
