Tetra Tech INCA provided bathymetric mapping services for the Thea Foss project. Services included re-contoured mapping of the existing 1995 Thea Foss Waterway mapping. INCA provided conformational survey data in the Thea Foss Waterway to assess the extent of sediment deposition since the 1995 survey.
 
INCA provided services for the St. Paul Waterway, including bathymetric cross-section surveys, upland extension of the bathymetric cross-sections, lead line soundings under the pier, and spot soundings and conventional mapping at low tide events in the area restricted with piling along the northwest entrance to the Waterway. INCA located the existing log haul-out facility at the end of the water, the visible portions of the clarifier outfall, the footprint of the existing pier and chip barge off-load facility, and visible and accessible outfalls within the mapping limits. INCA established horizontal and vertical control in the vicinity of the project for future use.
