INCA Engineers provides property line location on all of its design mapping projects. Invariably, the question of “How close are we to the property line?” comes up. Using title reports, right-of-way plans, and County Auditor Records, INCA accurately determines property line locations. INCA performs large scale cadastral survey retracement projects, some most notably for the US Forest Service. These projects require expertise in the recovery of original General Land Office corner evidence - a skill INCA surveyors have – as well as knowledge of how the original surveys were performed.
