Tetra Tech INCA provided final design survey services for the installation of a 60-inch water transmission line covering 31 miles from Howard Hanson Dam to the City of Tacoma. Our services included horizontal and vertical control verification and densification; centerline profile; existing utility location; wetland location; right-of-way location; railroad crossing permits and river crossings; and construction survey and staking to establish lines, slopes, and grades.
