 INCA transportation and traffic engineers serve public works agencies, transportation departments, government agencies, and private sector clients. With its staff of highly-qualified transportation/traffic engineers, INCA has successfully completed more than 250 transportation infrastructure projects worth more than $1 billion construction dollars.
INCA’s engineers and technicians understand the balance required between traffic movement requirements, pedestrian circulation, geotechnical constraints, environmental contextual design, and public involvement. They have designed some of the Pacific Northwest region’s most traversed streets, roadways, and intersections, complete with lighting, signing, signalization, and channelization for smooth traffic flow.
INCA has developed a niche of expertise in the planning and design of community connection facilities, high occupancy vehicle (HOV) facilities, freeway transit stations, aerial structures, transit center site selection, transit centers, park-and-ride lots, circulation sections for existing transit stations, and underground transit stations. INCA builds lasting value into the design process by paying close attention to how transit and rail facilities will ultimately be used by the traveling public, site owners, and operators.
Project management provided by experienced engineers, along with quality control, attention to budget, client interaction, and community/public workshops, are key to successful project completion.
