Tetra Tech INCA provided a complete master schedule and time phased budget plan for the design of a Combined Maintenance Facility and access road to the Facility for Pierce County. INCA’s scope of work included project performance monitoring throughout the life of the design project by using earned value techniques. INCA provided monthly reports on performance to the design and management teams, and expert guidance to the design team on project delivery risks based on the continual performance monitoring.

Key elements provide by this project included:

• Multi project master critical path schedule (CPM) with progress updated monthly
• Budget expenditure plan based on the CPM
• Monthly earned value performance monitoring
• Monthly report of progress in the form of an updated CPM, Milestone chart and earned value charts
