INCA provides fisheries engineering services for numerous projects in the Pacific Northwest, including the preliminary and final designs for juvenile fish bypass systems on the Columbia and Snake River systems. Working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Marine Fisheries Services, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington Department of Wildlife, and regional tribal agencies, INCA has developed the latest in surface collection facilities utilizing a multi-disciplined team of fisheries, structural, and hydraulic engineers and fisheries biologists. INCA designs and constructs fish passage modifications on existing dams and river structures.
