 INCA’s engineers provide civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering and design for various flood control projects. flood control experience includes design of RCC dams, sediment retention structures, spillways and outlet structures; detailed design of intake gates, drift and debris intake towers, bypass tunnels and outlet gates; as well as seismic analysis of existing dam stability, slope stability to protect dam utility lifelines, and spillway analysis due to deterioration of the structure. Floodwall design expertise encompasses both I-wall and T-wall types, as well as highway, road, and pedestrian closure structures. This experience includes associated flood control structures such as pump station gatewells, utility crossings, interior drainage design, transitions around and under bridges and maintenance access.
