INCA’s senior engineers have extensive experience in independent reviews and condition assessments of existing plants, and are regularly called on to participate in value engineering sessions.

INCA engineers have in-depth knowledge and experience planning, permitting and licensing, designing, supervising construction, and managing hydroelectric power and other water resources projects. INCA provides engineering services and safety inspection services associated with FERC, US Corps of Engineers, and state requirements, including assignments associated with new projects, rehabilitation, up-rating, and upgrading of existing plants.
