In 1983, the founders of INCA Engineers had a vision for their future. They set about designing a company that would attract top talent from all around the world. A company that had the financial strength and stability to weather changing business cycles. And an environment where staff would feel like it was more than 'just a job'. They succeeded, and built a company that now employs nearly 150 people.
Learning lasts a lifetime and is not a one-time event. Professional development and continuing education are important at INCA. Employees participate in professional organizations such as ACEC, SEAW, ASCE, PMI, and others. INCA has technical experts that provide lunch time training programs to employees that are eligible for professional education credits. Employees serve on boards of directors, become active members of the professional associations, and participate in outreach programs to middle and high schools. Employees are encouraged to earn professional registrations and INCA helps them get there! |
