INCA received the 2008 Silver Award for Complexity from ACEC Washington for the Howard Hanson Additional Water Storage and Fish Passage Restoration project for client US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District. On hand to accept the award were INCA staff, Project Manager Greg Katzenberger and Amir Asaidali (project manager in the earlier stages of the project), and Mike Padilla, the District’s project manager.
