INCA was honored at the 2008 SAME 12th Annual Design Excellence Awards at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center April 18 along with team member Shannon & Wilson, Inc. with the 2007 Large Business GOLD Award presented for Howard Hanson Additional Water Storage and Fish Passage Restoration for the Seattle District USACE.
 
On hand to receive the accolades were Amir Asaidali, Jeff Juel, Greg Katzenberger, and Dan Russell. Mike Padilla, the District representative, was unable to attend as he deploys to Afghanistan tomorrow, but Mamie Brouwer, also with the Seattle District, was there in his place.
 
In addition, INCA submitted Marmet Locks and Dam Upper Guide Wall for Huntington District, USACE. The trophy is at the District's office for now and will tour Shannon & Wilson in a few weeks, resting at INCA until next year's award ceremony.
