INCA received the 2008 Bronze Award for original or innovative application of new or existing techniques from ACEC Washington for Marine View Drive (SR 509) Bridge, client City of Des Moines. Funding partners include the members of the Des Moines Creek Basin Committee: WSDOT, King County, Port of Seattle, City of Des Moines, City of SeaTac, and Midway Sewer District. Dale Lydin, INCA’s project manager accepted the award on behalf of the INCA team. There to represent the City of Des Moines was Loren Reinhold, the City’s Assistant Director, Utilities and Environmental Engineer; Susan Everett from WSDOT represented the Basin Committee.
