Tetra Tech, Inc. announced today that it has completed the tuck-in acquisition of two consulting/engineering firms in the second quarter of fiscal 2008, including INCA Engineers, Inc. of Bellevue, Washington. INCA provides consulting and civil/mechanical engineering services for water infrastructure and transportation projects, including major U.S. Army Corps of Engineers locks, levees, and dams projects.
