INCA routinely provides subsidence and settlement monitoring on major construction projects. INCA surveyors monitored large tunnel boring projects such as the Henderson and Alki CSO projects, as well as foundation walls, jacking pits, retaining walls, and landslides throughout the Puget Sound area. For the Stampede Pass Reopening project, INCA provided continuous, 20-hour-per-day monitoring of a large potential landslide that threatened a construction crew building the north portal snowshed. INCA provided continuous monitoring of the residences above the Magnolia Bridge landslide in downtown Seattle. INCA is expert at designing and implementing monitoring programs that provide repeatable results using the most efficient measuring tools available.
