Pierce County Department of Public Works and Utilities Department (PWUD) implemented a department-wide Project Delivery System (PDS). The purpose of the PDS is to provide a systematic process that will support “best in class” project management processes, tools and skills.
   
Tetra Tech INCA assisted PWUD in development of an intranet web-based tool that will provide the user a quick reference guide to the PDS. The tool was developed by the Pierce County web developer based on direction and guidance from a focus group. The focus group facilitated by INCA consisted of PWUD staff identified by the Public Works Deputy Director.
