Tetra Tech INCA provided project delivery support for 25 transportation projects funded by the Nickel Fund gas tax program. INCA co-located with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), coordinating with more than ten WSDOT project offices.

The project included the review of design project schedules and risks on some of the Northwest Region’s most critical projects. The effort was designed to provide validation and additional confidence that projects could be delivered on time, within budget and scope, and to develop recommendations to improve project delivery.
