INCA prepared final design work and plans, specifications and estimates for College Station Transit Center at Everett Community College. The site features a center platform that accommodates four 60-foot articulated and two 40-foot coaches and can be configured to serve six 36-foot low floor coaches with independent arrival and departure to meet future needs. After full build-out by the college, College Station will be the center of the campus, bisected by the main campus walkway, providing excellent service to the staff and students of the college. College Station features a customer service/driver comfort building located near the main walkway, with a break room and restrooms for transit staff. There are additional spaces for mechanical, electrical, data, communications, and security equipment.

The transit center is 14 feet lower than the present campus and was designed to meet or exceed federal accessibility standards to be fully accessible. The platform includes seat walls, lighting for security, bike racks, landscaping and irrigation and parking for transit and police vehicles. Cameras provide security monitoring of the area behind the building. The platform features signage to assist transit riders and way-finding for campus facilities. The building colors, materials, walkway finishes, and surrounding site landscape elements were carefully selected to fit within the character of the campus, retaining a distinctive look and feel.
   
Environmental permitting included SEPA and NEPA Categorical Exemption and associated historic and archaeological cultural resource investigations. Because the station is located in what will be the center of the future campus, significant coordination was accorded with Everett Community College. INCA provided construction management.
