As the lead engineering firm, INCA’s engineers developed preliminary concept studies, conducted public meetings/workshops, and prepared final construction documents for grading/paving, storm drainage detention, water quality control, site utilities, signing, striping, and adjoining street improvements. Structural engineering services were provided for bus shelters, retaining walls, storage facilities, and a masonry clock tower located in the plaza.

INCA provided design for the seismic upgrade and extensive remodeling to the Wells and Wade building. This three-story concrete frame structure, constructed in 1920s, has 16,000-square feet of floor space. While a challenge to meet the architectural needs of the building design, INCA provided a structural system that met the new seismic design requirements.
