Everett Station Multi-Modal Transit Center E-mail

INCA Engineers led the multi-discipline planning and design project team for the Everett Station, a multi-modal transportation center located in Everett. The 24,000-square foot transit center serves Amtrak, Everett Transit, Community Transit, airport shuttles, inter-city buses, taxis, and Sound Transit commuter rail. The station includes approximately 10,200-square feet of transportation services, such as ticketing, baggage check and claim, information booth, customer waiting area, 2,000-square feet of retail, and provides four parking lots with over 1,000 parking stalls.

INCA was responsible for civil engineering services for on- and off-site improvements; vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian circulation requirements; street and intersection configurations; and coordination with Sound Transit on express bus and commuter rail requirements. As part of the project, INCA conducted a review of the SR 2 / I-5 Access Study to evaluate and identify potential impacts to the Station and formulate a feasible integration plan. INCA provided civil and structural design of platforms, site geometrics, and field surveying and mapping services.
